Unplayed Letters: When the game ends, each player's score is reduced by the sum of their unplayed letters. In addition, if a player has used all of their letters, the sum of the other players' unplayed letters is added to that player's score.
The player with the highest final score wins the game. In case of a tie, the player with the highest score before adding or deducting unplayed letters wins.

If you are playing via the mobile app, you may open the app and tap on Settings to see your ID.
Or, when you tap on the + sign to start a new game with friends, you will find your ID displayed there too.
In Website / Facebook
As soon as you login, you can see the ID in the Quick Stats section.
