Sounds similar to my issue, except anything and everything I type comes out invisible on the other end. It's still not working, and still no response from the admins on my thread. All problems seem to be getting worse now judging by all the other threads and I'm not impressed at all.

@mapmakere Thought I'd upload this in-game shot as a bit more proof. We just played and I'm pretty certain my chat wasn't getting through to you right?
@lexulous What are your thoughts on this? Can't be just me.

Below is how it appears under completed games. All my chat missing. Clearly didn't get though at all. (Bonus bug in this pic: new ratings underneath player names are flipped the wrong way round. This bug is nothing new.)

@mapmakere Yes, it's enabled there as well. I can read lobby chat. My typed messages appear in lobby on my end, but no one else can see them. Same deal as in-game chat.

@mapmakere Yes, those are actually the numbers I set. Only the bar stops reflecting that, so it makes me wonder if the settings are working properly. I'm sure it's a minor fix. But if it ain't broke, don't fix it right.

Chat thing annoying me though. I was just trying in lobby as well, and no one can view my chat either. Asked a bunch of times, nothing.

I previously made a similar thread that was presumptuously locked by the mods, even though I said I'd report back if the issue occurred again:

Well, it's happening again. My messages aren't getting through to my opponent. Not visible to them at all. Some more examples for you...

The game above is #24295815 in case that helps but the issue has been happening for the last few games (having worked normally for a few days).

Bonus bug!

Someone's been messing with the rating range slider in the last few days. It keeps reverting to this view despite adjusting the range:

You can also see another bug in the above image: the usernames above the post-game scores are the wrong way round. Or the scores are the wrong way round. Whichever way you want to describe it.

My previous post was slightly inaccurate. There's actually a mix of behavior in completed games. This example is how it should be working. Maybe it's hard to to get it matching consistently.

Ha, they sorted the colors out but got them the wrong way round, so the number color doesn't match the graph data for the correct person. Seems wrong on all my completed games so a quick tweak is all that's needed I think. Almost there guys. Thanks.

Just for the sake of clarity, what I mean is that my green '1' should now be in orange, same as my graph data, and their red '0' should be in blue.

The new graph colors are cool but the head to head colors no longer match like before. This is minor, but as an OCD kinda person, I thought I'd mention it. A nice chance to show off my best ever win as well

@betterlate1-0 Thanks for your input. This was a strange one. Chat was never disabled in settings because I could always see the messages from my opponent (not the case when chat is turned off). It was only my messages that weren't getting through (not visible to my opponent at all, not visible to me after a page refresh, not visible under completed games as per usual). I did try switching things on and off a few times but same result. Like I said though, it's working normally now thankfully.

It's just started working as intended again. Messages are getting through properly. I'll let y'all know if it happens again.

Some examples for you. Either there's a bug with the chat system, or someone has disabled my ability to chat for no apparent reason. I can't be the only one with this issue. I'd appreciate a response from the admins on this. Thanks.

My chat has stopped working for the last few games. Was working fine before. Now it's not showing my typed chat in games list under stats (only shows chat from opponent such as 'hi, gl'), opponent can't see my chat, lobby can't see my chat. Chat is enabled in settings. My Lex ID is 3071-8090-5541 and this is my username on lex. Thanks.
