Shuffle letters

I really miss being able to shuffle the letters once I have put a letter or two on the board. I also miss being able to see how many letters my opponent has. Thanks.

@maxilucy Thank you for the feedback, we have noted these & will implement. In the meantime please click on Unseen Tiles at the top of the board to get an idea of exactly what the opponent has towards the end of the game This saves you the calculation time.
