Letters staying down

During games if one lays letters on board waiting for turn once the opponent plays their turn, those letters go back to rack.. when time is short it causes loss of game..what are chances letters can stay where they are so just hit enter like in the other lobby ?

@betterlate1-0 That would be nice. I'd also like the shuffle button to remain visible/active when we place tiles on the board.
