Accessing HELP should be more transparent. That is, provide a HELP button. Some players may not be too tech savvy and won’t get to the point of accessing forum or FAQs.

@suschwager Often if you post a question or problem in the lobby, someone will try to troubleshoot with you.

@mapmakere That is a fine response if you’re dealing with someone who is comfortable with computers, but several of the people I play with are in their 80s. You would be amazed at how many people at the assisted living home where I live like Scrabble.

@mapmakere yes there is often someone ready to bunk in with some knowledge at lobby side.
