Suggestion: make censoring players invisible to censored players.

Recently, when I used the "join table" feature three names in a row were players who had "censored" me. I don't understand exactly what censoring is, but it clealy involves preventing the censored player from playing the censoring player. This being the case, would it not make sense to make censoring players invisible to censored players?
Also, while I appreciate that people might have all sorts of reasons for censoring potential opponents that are not necessarily personal or hostile, I for one cannot help but feel a bit offended to know that I have been censored, especially if (as in these cases) I cannot attribute the players' decisions to their being sore losers, since two of them seem to have played and won one game against me, and I haven't even played the third. Clearly, Lexulous would be a more pleasant environment if such concerns did not arise...

I remember one time this person said she was censoring me because I "stacked words on top of other words." Not really sure what she meant but my point is that people censor for crazy reasons!
Oh yeah. there was another person who censored everybody who beat her.
I kind of agree with you about making censoring people invisible. This site used to at least show whether you had censored someone. Back then I would censor people who censored me (for no apparent reason) so I could see the censor mark and not waste my time clicking on their games!

Yeah, there are a few of those around. Generally selfish, impatient, hypocritical types who seem to think you should be opening up the board for their bingo spots at the earliest opportunity instead of analyzing the board and playing smartly. Every game is different. Sometimes you have to stack a bit, block a bit, open things up a bit. There's usually a way out of a tough board (unless it's right near the end), so it's on them to deal with it. The accusers are often guilty of the same behavior as well and don't like it when you match their own tactics for a while. You can't win consistently by 'stacking' or 'blocking' etc all game, so people shouldn't throw those labels around. I try and respect however my opponent wishes to approach the game. That's part of the fun of winning.
