Hi bonhi, thank you. It was on but went off again. I think that it could be Lexulous is using word detect bots to turn off chats because this seems to happen everytime a player calls me names. This time I saved screen shots of the player calling me a chea$er. I can send them if you want. I am not using the word since it seems to trigger Lex. I hope this can be fixed so as to not penalize the player who doesn't engage in name calling. I enjoy having chat and it is one of the reasons I pay to play. Thank you

@bonhi please see another response to you about chat. It is disabled again and I think it might be because the other player called me names and it triggers a Lex bot? my player ID is 4428-9115-6330

Chat started working again so I am not sure if you fixed it today or what. But in the meanwhile I do wonder if Lex has auto word detection that turns the chat off on both players when one of them starts calling names? I have started saving screen shots of players doing this but in the past when I reported it Lex turned my chat off pending an investigation which is frustrating. I just try to put up with abusive players but it is also a bummer to have to request my chat be turned on every few days. Anyway thank you!
