Noticed that my emails had been ignored for weeks. Joined PRO since they promise "24/7" email service. That does not seem to be true. They were quick to notice my subscription but then continued to ignore me. What's that about?

@graciegirl3 Did you join pro or unlimited? Pro was the cheaper option which simply removed ads and let you analyze unlimited games. Interestingly, that option is now removed and the $20 per year is the only choice (see below). There's no mention of the analysis tool either. I'm sure that's still included, but apparently it doesn't work so well.
I always thought the '24/7 priority email support' was a bit of an empty promise though because they only use one email address. If they were serious about it, they'd give unlimited subscribers a WhatsApp number or something.
Just noticed they're still advertising the no-quitter badge as well lol. That hasn't been a thing since the flash version thankfully, and it certainly couldn't guarantee what it promised.
