@carol-ann-nasta I have the impression you are talking about e-mail games? That may be where the confusion is coming from. Many of the players responding to your post are people who play "live" (real-time) games. That's the kind of game I play, and I always get the bingo points immediately after making my move. In your case, since you say it takes days for the bingo bonus to show up, that must be a game that stays open longer than the real-time ones. I agree, a days-long lag in your scoring would be irritating!

I think what she's talking about is not the points in a game but rather her global tally of bingos ever played.

@dan My bingos-made total is registered as 1008. I made 2 more bingos this week, so it should be 1010. It isn't.

I've been on here for some time and at no point has a member of the development team identified themselves as such and attempted to interact with us. @lexulous (one of the owners I assume) was helpful for a while but has since gone silent. I think @scantron could be one of the developers, but he wastes most of his time coding confetti and chat bots which serve no useful purpose.
The usual advice given here by the office staff is to email your issue to admin@lexuous.com. I'd suggest you do that and hope for a response and eventual resolution.
