It seems like chat keeps going out every few days. It was working for a few weeks and now it is a problem. I have a PRO account and it is paid for a year. I have emailed Lexulous several times and not received an answer. Sometimes I problems posting in this forum as well so who knows if this will make it through. I couldn't find a place to make a general topic so I chose feature request.

happens to me every single day i log in here. it is currently an issue. the message admin function no longer works either. good luck, retiredone!

@mayoroflex It seems to be resolved for a few days now. Hopefully it lasts. This time I sent them a copy of my receipt to show I am a paid subscriber. I hope your issue gets resolved. For the longest time I couldn't even respond in this forum. Total mystery! One thing I have learned is it is a good idea to stay out of the community chat because I usually glitch after commenting in that forum.
