I've been trying to log into play for a bit but cannot connect. Are the servers down? Maybe reboot them?

My phone did some kind of update last night and now I keep getting messages either "can't connect", "something went wrong" or "check wifi,/3G network". My phone is using 5G network. I have no idea how to change that. Anybody else having this issue? Suggestions?

Well the chat room is finally back on. It was down for about 2 weeks or so. Any explanation as to why?
