Lexulous 2020: Game Rooms BETA INVITE

Playing a game with two others; settings of 60/0, 60/30, & possibly more were tested. During the first round, this may apply to other rounds as well but was not tested, if a player did not make their move within the first minute of their clock time the game was automatically disbanded. This spells trouble as my family intentionally plays this game over video chat as a way to facilitate discussion. Speed lexulous is the opposite of what we are trying to do. I think this is a bug, however if it is not please make this feature a separate toggle-able option, its inclusion hurts alternative playstyles.
@Grant-Thompson This happened in the BETA live rooms. It also might be the cause of @Pangloss getting booted out without understanding why.

Are all these games timed. I can't always finish a game in 20 minutes?
@Stephanie-Schmitt game times can be set for 60 minutes, also there is an option which adds 30 seconds to your clock every time you place tiles. Make custom games instead of challenging individual players if you would prefer this option.

Great site. I've played a few email games, and a few live games fine, but now whenever I start a live game it says "the game was deleted by you" sometime during me placing the letters for my first word. It's happened 6 or 7 times now - very annoying!
@Dick-Fang I had the same problem until i learned I cause it if I come in here to read posts while I wait for my turn. Just a thought, may be that is what causes it for you too .

About when will you be back. I really don't care about an audible alert. I think your games are great. I was on facebook scrabble for 10 years, and when it closed My friends wanted me to join "Words with Friends" ugg Lexulous by email is a perfect fit for me given the real "Scrabble" is gone. I am quote thankful to have found this...yours truly word smith addict.

Why does everyone on here cheat? Words you have never heard of?

If you’re talking about the Beta, most of the players are computer-run robots, so they have full access to the dictionary and automatically make the biggest word they find, for max points. It’s really hard to beat that unfortunately. You can tell because they’re all two words with a capital letter at the start of each, like StormHarbor or FlyingBird.

Live Games are not working. Works fine until you get to the end of the game and it freezes up. Any fixes?

how can we go back to the original rooms? i made a new account and there is no option to go back to the original rooms! the new version is inconvenient to use with the time limits and not being able to decline a request etc.
