Allow us to move the 'remaining tiles' box

Previously, it was possible to move the 'tiles remaining' box and keep it on screen during gameplay if desired. It's now too large and unable to be moved. Please revert to previous implementation. Alternatively, it could be moved to the 'tools' tab next to (or in place of) that superfluous graph feature.
