Saved chat button

When we want to save a Chat in the Tools window, we can click the button labelled as [Save]. The button should then change its message to [Saved], thereby confirming that the Chat was successfully saved.

@dan-mitchell Yes, I have no idea why I called it the Chat window when I actually meant the 'Scribble notes' window. Why call it a 'bird' when you can call it a 'fish' and confuse everybody?! LOL
