Block or, Censor Players

Sometimes you come across people you would rather not have a game with. To prevent such players from starting a game with you, please Block or Censor them. Here's how:
Mobile App
- Open the game board
- Tap on Menu
- Choose Add Friend / Block Player option.
- Select Block Player.
Website or Facebook App
- Open the game board
- Click on the player name to visit their Profile page.
- Click OPTIONS button
- Click Block player.

@lexulous I have done both of these options and am still getting games sent to me by this user. I have blocked them on both Lexulous and Facebook. It’s actually very creepy to continue to get game requests from a blocked person. Every time I delete the game they send me a new one.

@maple I would continue to block the new games being sent your way before deleting it - I am wondering if they may have changed their ID number but not their word name? Good luck!
@Shiloh-Currents when I click the drop down menu it shows that this person is blocked, the option I’m given is I could in block them. So I’ve unblocked him and reblocked him. I reported him and admin blocked him. I’ve received 2 games since. I don’t know if he’s changed his id number, not sure how one would do that.

To block a most unpleasant player in Scrabble, follow these steps:Open the game board.
Tap on the Menu option.
Choose the Add Friend / Block Player option.
Select the Block Player option.
Find the player you want to block by searching for their username or by scrolling through your list of recent players.
Tap on the player's name to view their profile.
Select the Block Player option on their profile page.
Confirm that you want to block the player by tapping on the Block button. -

I'd keep blocking those new game deliveries and deleting them. I'm thinking they might have tweaked their ID number but kept the same name. Best of luck!
