There is a phrase in the second paragraph of the first article in the United States Declaration of Independence—“the pursuit of happiness”, implying that happiness can only be pursued. The same holds true for perfectionism. We can only pursue this seemingly unattainable goal of perfectionism, but if we do not stop pursuing happiness, how can we stop pursuing perfectionism, which determines how to set boundaries, push them, and give our very best in everything we do?
