I have been playing online Lexulous for years and today I received my opponents move but I cannot open the website. I have tried several times. I get a 504 Gateway Timeout, whatever that means. I also miss being able to see the listing of moves by each player. If a fix does not occur soon I will look for another "Scrabble" website. I hope this information gets to the appropriate people as I have no other way of reaching them with the website not opening.

When a high value word is played it can be devastating for you or your opponent. The ebb and flow of the game largely depends on your luck with the tiles you receive. One way to eliminate this "luck" or "no luck" would be to have every tile worth one point and to eliminate the bonus for 7 or 8 letter words. My regular Lexulous partner and I are going to ignore the normal scoring and keep score based on "one point per tile" for a few games to check it out. It will require a different mind set when playing. If it is more enjoyable we wish that in the future there might be an option for either method of play--tiles all worth one point or multi-valued tiles.

I wish I could chat with my opponent when playing, however after I play my word the chat message would be sent along with my word and when my opponent receives my new word he/she would also receive the chat message. It would be more effective and easier. It would allow for better interaction between players.
