@kathyjane1 Turn-based games that are played without time control allow the opponent to make their turn within a period of 14 days.
Beyond that, the game is automatically forfeited and the system will give you a forced win.
If the win credit is not given to you as mentioned, please write to us at admin@lexulous.com with the game id so that we can check and resolve the issue.

@mojo2me We understand your concern, if a player is not responding to you, just let them be and the system will you a forced win after 14 days. As games are force-forfeited after 14 days of not playing a turn.
