Everyone's icon is generic, except for FB friends of mine. And when the game comes up, they are listed as Anonymous U.

Thanks for the tip, Ted. My games continue to disappear and don't even show up in the archives.

I have won/last several games today and the game just disappears. Sometimes it says, REMATCH which I click but nothing happens. Sometimes it just disappears entirely and does not even show up in my list of completed games.

@Sandi-Rosenthal-Berliner I also can't access my games.
