Cheryl Bristow is a native of Quebec, Canada, and a graduate of Montreal’s McGill University. She worked as a teacher in rural Nigeria for two years during the Nigerian civil war, learning firsthand the stresses of living and working in anxious times. Upon her return to Canada, Cheryl married her husband Philip, a clergyman within the Anglican Church of Canada, and the two have served a variety of congregations in Quebec and Ontario.
