I played the word Grenz and my dictionary indicated that it was not a valid word. So I played another word and then checked the computer's play. That turned out to be Grenz. I checked the dictionary again at least 3 times to see if that word was valid and I kept getting a negative. Please add the word to the dictionary!!

@jean-pearse I am in the same spot as you. I believe it has to do with Adobe Flash not being supported any longer. If there is a solution that has already been posted, please repost it!

@vandana Thank you. I always check those settings to make sure all are off. Loss of control of the letters seems independent of that. It does not happen every time I start to play, but during a session it starts to happen and gets more and more difficult. I just quit playing. Looking for help!!

Lexulous puzzle (UK) - I have no control of the letters I try to place on the board. When I drag them they do not stay in the place I put them, but slide a couple of spaces in any direction. Does anyone know what is going on?

I just played UK puzzle 13788 and my high score was not added. Why does this happen? Not the first time!
