After many years as an Executive Chef working with numerous establishments, from fine dining, retirement communities and country clubs, I have always put family first. When COVID hit, I decided to recharge and reflect on the time with my wife and son. I remember during a hot day, we all enjoyed a shaved ice at a local shop. I remember the sheer joy for all three of us, but especially my son.
