Follow these procedures for, "How to Delete an Invoice in QuickBooks":
1.Launch QuickBooks: Log in to your company file in QuickBooks Desktop.
2.Obtain the Invoice: Select "Create Invoices" from the "Customers" menu, or identify the existing invoice you want to delete in the "Invoices" or "Sales" area.
3.Choose the Invoice: To access the invoice you want to remove, click on it.
4.Remove the invoice: To remove the invoice, navigate to the "Edit" option at the top of the window and select "Delete Invoice."
5.Confirm Deletion: QuickBooks will request confirmation of the deletion. Examine the information and, if you are certain you want to erase the invoice, click "OK" or "Yes."
