They provided us with thorough explanations for all of our questions about baggage regulations and our connecting flights. The office was very easy to locate, quiet, and clean. Their patience with my parents, who don't speak English well, was really appreciated. They went into great detail and spoke gently. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience.
