I’m Dr. Chelsia Berry, a keynote speaker at the International Conference US and the Associate Dean of STEM & Business at Seattle Central College. With nearly 20 years of experience, I specialize in advancing STEM education and promoting economic empowerment. I have developed impactful workforce training programs in collaboration with organizations such as Year Up and Seattle Children’s Hospital, creating pathways for underrepresented groups in business and technology. Outside of academia, I serve on multiple boards, contributing to nonprofit organizations and securing over $5 million for educational initiatives. I am passionate about fostering diversity, access, and economic growth in underserved communities.
