Hui has guided the development of Concord Pacific Place on the northern banks of Vancouver’s False Creek, transforming the former Expo ‘86 lands into a thriving, sustainable, and livable community. Hui applied similar principles in building Toronto’s Concord CityPlace adjacent to CN Tower, where he also developed a community on former railyards and redefined the skyline of Canada’s largest city. Hui has led Concord Pacific’s growth over three decades with signature developments across Canada.
