A week ago, my family and I visited the United Airlines Beijing Office, and I had a great day. The employees were polite and supportive. They smiled as they greeted us and paid close attention to all of our questions. They processed all of the changes we needed to make to our flight tickets quickly. The workplace was tidy, orderly, and simple to find. When they waited, my kids were calm too. The fact that everything was completed smoothly and without stress was a comfort. We were quite pleased with the team's excellent service and amiable manner. I strongly advise others to visit this office.
