Sometimes when I am playing, something happens and I do not get all my new letters. I am not near the end of the game at that point so I know I should have 8 letters.. Anyone else have this happen? I thought it was my imagination at first, but it happened again today.

The new robots are unbeatable, sometimes making up to 8 bingos in one game. I have gone down 200 points in two weeks trying to beat them. Please make them more fun to play. I cannot play them now
