Suhagra 50 mg is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains sildenafil citrate as its active ingredient. Sildenafil citrate is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, and it works by increasing blood flow to the penis when a man is sexually aroused, allowing him to achieve and maintain an erection. Like all PDE5 inhibitors, Suhagra 50 requires sexual stimulation to be effective. It does not result in an automatic erection; sexual arousal is necessary for it to work.
