I take that back,,,it just started again. It's the same as the timer sound.

Seems to have been fixed now (at least I'm not hearing it any more!).

@ThatGuyThere202 I was surprised the first time I got a notification about it. They would show up on your profile. Im not sure what the point of it is but I don't like it.

I know I've emailed you about this before. I'm asking again if anything can be done to prevent companies who are not Lex players from following us? It's really creepy. I block them when I become aware of them.
I am also posting this to make others who might care aware of the situtation.

Carny, unfortunately app/phone users can just sit at a table without permission. I type "no thanks" and wait for them to leave. It can be quite annoying but better than the result you get when deleting them all.

No idea about that last line, but I note the Reddit post is a year old...since then, that chatbot is gone (tho there's been a new one lately called LobbyNanny which seems harmless), and so are quite a few of those I'd call bullies. I'd say Admin has been quite responsive to complaints about all that. It's much better now, IMO.

@bonhi I thought @mojo2me meant in live games? In which case, I agree with her.

@pangloss Ive had that happen too (using a laptop for live games). I emailed Admin and got this back:
"We totally understand your concern,
Yes this issue occurs when you delete too many games.
We request you to please wait for few hours, it will be automatically removed, we are sorry to inform that no changes can be done from our end."

Not helpful other than to know it can happen to anyone. No one seems to know what 'too many' games means.

@pangloss On the laptop, at the one-minute-left mark, it bings once and I think every ten seconds after that. I play longer games which may be why it starts then.

@pangloss Oh I use the desktop but when I play a friend who uses the app, we don't know how to rematch. The usual does't work. What's the trick?

@pangloss Yeah, the app users miss out on quite a bit I find. Like rematching, the lobby, pm's, and I think the dictionary tab too.

@pangloss I like the timer! and I wish there were an option to hear my opp's too. I play longer games (10/10) and the timer seems to be every 10 mins for a few ticks. An option to hear either or both would be great.
