My friend and I can send games to each other but not play them. I put in her ID# (which is correct) and it says unknown or not valid #. I play with other friends without this problem. I found the email game and sent a request that way. Don't know if it worked. I don't have to do this with other friends. What am I missing here? Mary

I finally was able to start a game with my friend, but when she tried to play it said I blocked her. I would never do this. How can I remove it?
I looked thru all our games that never started and didn't find any. Now what? This is becoming too frustrating . Help people if they are people are NO help. They say issue is fixed but it never isblocksbolded text

@Mirtha-H-AlvarezMartinol Same thing is happening to me. We are friends, can see each other on friend list, can start a game but she cannot respond to me or I to her. I have 12 games that can't be played and no way to get rid of them. It is VERY frustrating. I have used the help center and get replies that they are sorry and now it is all fixed. Nothing changes

I go to start game or invite friends. One friend name comes up but I cannot start a new game. The other friend who I am also playing with does not appear anywhere. I try typing in her name and my entire FB friend list appears. I click on the send link and then nothing happens
