The employees took the time to hear our concerns for travel and assisted us in understanding flight details, baggage rules, and other requirements for travel. We had some particular requests regarding seating arrangements, and they were extremely helpful in coming up with solutions that satisfied everyone. The check-in experience was prompt and hassle-free, and we weren't rushed at all. A friend of mine asked about a special meal, and the personnel went the extra mile to ensure it was attended to for the next flight. They also provided us with good tips regarding airport facilities and even offered some advice on getting around the airport when it was busiest.
