Canaiolo (Nero) is presently at this source a relatively small red wine grape produced in Tuscany, and it is frequently blended with Sangiovese Grosso in select Chianti wines. Is also used in various regional blends. Caccione (Nero), Tindillaro, and Uva Fosca are some of the synonyms.
