My interaction with Etihad Airways PHX Terminal was fantastic. I was guided through the check-in procedure by helpful staff, which was quick and easy. There was a selection of snacks and beverages available in the cozy airport lounge. The flight attendants were competent and attentive, and the boarding was on time. The service was excellent overall, and I felt well-cared for from beginning to end. Without a doubt, I would suggest taking another flight with Etihad.
