Tow-botic Systems is developing Towbots to autonomously attach thrusters directly to the ship's hull enabling safe, energy-efficient, and cost-effective ship maneuvering in confined waters. The quick-connect detachable thrusters can be easily installed on barges, pontoons, jack-ups, transhipped and shuttle vessels.
