@lexulous Thanks, I just completed a game with 3 friends, we all passed on the first round to go into normal timing.

I agree that 1 minute is too short for the first word. I just tried to play with my wife and the came got deleted as I was moving up the final letter of a bingo - very frustrating. If the players agree to more time for the first move, on an informal game, then let them decide on the time for the first move.
