Game Tickets

When I'm playing a live game on android, I need to have game tickets in order to play. 1 ticket = 1 game. I acquire game tickets by watching ads and I get five tickets. Okay fair enough. But I don't when I want to play and I receive this message saying I am out of tickets (see photo) because I started games with non-responsive players - the game gets deleted but I still get charged the ticket. It should only be charged if I actually play a game.
