Problems with moving letters

I wonder if anyone else is having problems dragging letters onto the grid. If so,have you found a solution? Also, does anyone know of an alternative to dragging the letters?

Tho not sure they have magic tiles in this version
, do you have magic tiles checked? Aim arrow and off they go. -
they do have magic tiles. if you turn them on you can move your letters after you aim the arrow

@Charalambos-G Presuming same settings for the other lex and this..so top of page on right, says settings (this is difficult because i am trying to do it as I type to you but cant so it is memory and hope I am right..anyway click scroll down the settings until it says says magic tiles ..slide the slider over to on and you should be set. Almost forgot, once you turn the tiles on when you get into games click the space you want to start there will be green arrow..click the letter you want to start with put on that spot..then just click other tiles should go in order (if working

It doesn't appear as an option. I have emailed the owners of the site, and await their reply. Someone has suggested that the option has been removed. However - many thanks for trying to help.

@Charalambos-G Did you look for a gear at the top right?
