"Blocked"

I have just clicked to join a game and it comes up " you are on this player's blocked list". As far as i know I've only ever played them once before. Why would I be blocked, I don't chat or cheat?1

I sometimes block people when the game does not feel competitive. Like I am "below their range" by 150 points.
I have several friends I already play who are way more experienced than I. So I am fairly consistently losing to them (and learning). It is just so nice to have a few balanced games as well.
