Nudges after 14 days

Why do I not win games when people have not responded to nudges and game ends? At the moment, if you see you are going to lose a game, you can just ignore nudges for 14 days and thus not lose the game.

What will that help? I have had a number of examples but there is no record of them when you remove them so I do not have game number.

If you will contact to customer support by sharing the game id, they will look into your issue and I'm sure it will be resolved.
