What happens when a player abandons a game?

Does it affect my rating if my opponent abandons a game? Does it affect their rating? If either/both of these questions is yes, please explain the mechanism. Thanks.

No rating point penalty for deleting games. But if you delete any game then your game completion rate does get affected. sometimes user not respond their turn.. then after 14 days, the opponent will get the win.

@vandana I have not seen any of the games credited to me as a win where my opponent never returned after 14 days.
