Actually I didn't face this issue yet. Are you playing through www.lexulous.com or v2? As I'm playing through https://www.lexulous.com/v2/ n yet no such issue found

@linda-mcdonald I have a similar problem - board has suddenly appeared too large and bottom is missing - can't play and Support hasn't\ answered

@mariettalex ... I had that problem and never got an answer from admin? However, what I did was close the game and my browser and opened it again. I did that a few times and eventually it stopped doing that. It was very annoying while it was happening. I don't play the game on my phone. I play it on my laptop. I hope your game starts working properly again.... Cheers!

@mariettalex Did you uncheck zoom or whatever it is when u set game? think you have to set game first (sorry wish i could look before I set the game would let you know. In game auto zoom, turn it off see if that helps..you will find it next to the game number

@betterlate1 .. thanks. There is nothing next to the game number? I don't know what auto zoom is? My games aren't doing that 1/2 thing any longer? I don't know what fixed it? When It was going on, I had to close the game and open it again, close it and open it. It would go away for awhile and then it would happen again. Somehow it stopped over a week and hasn't happened again? Touch wood..! lol!

@linda-mcdonald You have to be in the game to see the number
..maybe they are going around finalizing minor touches. I had problem tonight with the top layer of the board coming off on the mouse..so took screen shot and it showed on the shot..had the picture ready to go..but the problem was not there..went back to the game..problem was not there either..did not send email just assume they fixed it.Maybe same for you..whatever, hope it is fixed permanently now -
