You locked me out of playing because I "deleted" games from "draintheswamp". He is a serial harasser. I was unable to censor him. He kept hitting on my game, I kept deleting ... unaware that it would lock me out and render unable to play at all.

I am a paying player Pro User. Why am I being penalized for another player's obnoxious behavior?

UNLOCK ME NOW, please.

I am also locked out. I have deleted a few games, generally ones who play the US dictionary or have sky high ratings. When do I get back in?

@jeff-fingler I understand frustrating, playing here can be frustrating. .what I can't understand is what your problem is.? Would not think calling names would help you resolve your problem though

@jeff-fingler Just saw further explanation. Now I think it makes sense.. you want to play higher rated people so, when you set your game parameters change your ratings requirements. That should help.. just not sure what you were asking for in the first post. Hope this helped.
