Remove the two step pass

I'm getting an extra confirmation dialog every time I pass. This wastes valuable time, particularly when you need a quick pass towards the end of the game to gain a little extra time. This is also problematic for those who play fast games with a low time limit. I have move confirmation turned off in settings, but there's no pass confirmation toggle. Just combine the two under a general 'confirmation dialog' option.
