Erroneous losses

I have played with the following people and somehow lost when I was clearly the winner and there were still tiles to play and time left on the clock. I hope I'm wrong about this but if a person has a rating of 2256, wouldn't it be logical to think they would have an amazing vocabulary and win most of their matches? Well, I've been in the lead against these people who have amazing ratings (and I'm not that great, believe me) with 1 tile left to play and time on the clock and OUCH, the game ends and the computer says I lost. Here are the names:

It may have happened that you are shown the timeout message incorrectly on screen, we will investigate that further.
