Timing Out

In the last day or two I am losing all my games as the cursor swirls when it is my turn so by the time I am able to place my tiles my time has run out...Thank you for any Tips..

@ajarn 1. maybe server busy 2 maybe you need to do a scan or defrag..3 sorry hope better by now or maybe disconnect and reconnect..thought i said all this but do not see it..sorry if repeating myself

@ajarn Now seems better but keep getting messages in bottom left hand side of screen regarding the game but too complicated for me to understand..
