Does anyone from Lexulous actually read the posts here and do something about the problems or is this just a sounding board?

@hellothere459 They do read them and they sometimes respond. I don't know how frequently.

@hellothere459 They drop in and out occasionally, give them a cursory glance and prioritize the more important bug reports and feature requests. They respond to select things but generally ignore you when you ask them a polite question directly. Here's an example:
