Coloured squares

@elaine-jones When you're in a game, click the blue GAME # bar, and then see BOARD THEME or TILE theme, click the word to the right of it to change the colours. There are lots of choices.
@mapmakere The choices are not colours but "classic" "adventure"" "essence" etc and nothing seems to happen and even if it DID, I cannot see how to save it.

@elaine-jones yes those are the names of the colours, if you can't get back to the one you like, then maybe it's just a glitch? Of course you've tried refreshing the page...

@elaine-jones just click the names until the one comes up you like.

@betterlate1-0 forgot to mention, you do not have to save it, just click the setting you want and close it, it saves automatically

@mapmakere Like I said, there is ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE between any of the options. It is a glitch that is really getting on my nerves. I have restarted umpteen times. I allowed Windows to install some updates recently & I think there may be a connection there.

@elaine-jones This sounds pretty weird. Is it just the lex board that's showing this type of color (or lack of) issue? How about any other sites, or parts of the browser/windows interface?

@elaine-jones Could you elaborate on 'home screen' please, ie do you mean lex homepage, new tab page, desktop etc? A pic would be useful. Press ⊞ Win + Shift + S to take a 'snip' of the issue and upload it here. Do you have any accessibility programs running? If you're not already, try accessing the site through https://www.lexulous.com/v2/. Try using another browser (I use Chrome). Make sure Windows, Microsoft Store apps and browser are fully updated. You could also try clearing browser cache and cookies, then restarting browser, or finally resetting browser settings to default. BTW, I'm assuming you're on Windows 10, correct? If you're still on 7 or 8, upgrade to 10.

@elaine-jones BTW, you can always shoot the team an email at [email protected]. Try and send them a screenshot of the issue as well.

@dan-mitchell Hi Dan
TY so much for your advice. Altho the white screen is most irritating on Lex, it is my home screen that is also white & nothing to do with Lex. I def think it is connected with the latest Windows 10 updates. I am going to wait for my son-in-law to visit in the hope that he will be able to fix it for me.

Elaine@elaine-jones Yes, it definitely sounds like more than just a lex issue. Best of luck.

@ray-schreffler I have the answer!! In your Windows settings, disable high contrast & it goes back to normal. Elaine xx
