Stefan Fatsis beats Scrabble legend, David Gibson in a game explained on this Twitter link. Enjoy!

    https://twitter.com/stefanfatsis/status/971215488616460288

“I always did poorly in the SAT verbal. But about 10 years ago a supernatural love for words came upon me. When you get changed, you can’t help it. It’s spiritual.”

Fatsis also writes about another top game here:

@sparks where did you get that insanity? Some of you are just so eager to attack you do not need facts or truth, just a vivid imagination?

@sparks are you perhaps talking about one of my clones? I would hope so because that is the only way this posting could make sense.

@betterlate1-0 only mentioned the book because if you are not familiar with it, you might enjoy it

    @sparks
We know that many 'religious' people are offended by words such as "jew" but to claim that this has something to do with 'guilt' needs justification.

If you have spotted a troll (Heaven forbid!) then report them to a higher authority (not necessarily 'heavenly'). I wouldn't categorise a book recommendation as trolling though!

@mistertoad nothing to do with religion more to do with bigotry like any other demeaning term used to describe others. Nice of you to speak up tho Mistertoad Nothing in his post was truth

@mistertoad I'm not sure it's just a matter of religious people. The word in question, when spelled with a small j, is an insult and plays into odious stereotypes, which offend many people. I agree that "religious guilt" is unlikely to be an issue here.

@mistertoad Allow me to lay myself on two dimensions and figure out how you deliberately missed the point of my message. You didn't read it...or and also
    it wasn't about you
    it wasn't about the book
    it was about better late.
I liked the book, I have no issue with it, I dont know you and I have no issue with you either.

But "Betterlate" I have issue with

He keeps bad company, and they dont play good words.
They often play conservative words, or pious words.
its like a liquorice shop of mess on the board.
you can see the gaps left by possible words like "dick"
and they stand like the ash of shadows in Hiroshima..sitting on the board.
I play my games with intent to win. So now I openly challenge better to a game of 10/00 uk.

@sparks Either you are a liar or you have me confused with someone else...I think you are desperate for attention. Incidentally medical reasons are the only reasons not to get vaccinated
