My letters won't move onto the playing board

Help please. For the past couple of days I cannot drag my letters from the bottom onto the playing area to make a word.
Is there a fix for this?

@donnao We would request you to try the following:

Press and hold the tile for a second before you move it. On some browsers if you move the tile too quickly the page tends to scroll.
